KFATSO & AG: the Kenedy Estate Still Owes Child Support

Lawyers for the two charitable trusts that control the estate each filed a motion to block Fernandez, who is the Nueces County medical examiner.
"The fact of the matter, judge, is it is too late, too late. This action was filed almost 15 years after the estate had been litigated, after the estate had been closed," Jorge Rangel told Banales. "This comes too late regardless of what is determined by DNA."

Please explain how Judge Banales ruling ends all of the litigation?

And if so why did he wait until now?

I smell bullshit!

Really I could care less about Ray and Marie as I do not advocate on their behalf; but the real party in interest deserves JUSTICE. Oppression is the first item to be addressed. Ann and her family could not claim their blood relation and still it is proving to be a going of "against the grain" and rubbing the wrong way of the Elite / Federal Power structures.

What is right here before our eyes is only a fragment of the duress received for making a stand as we have.

Blackballed ostracized and embellished that os what happens when a Brown Doll became pregnant. Also,..... death to those who defy.
