I am so disgusted because I have to write this stupid book about this whore from HELL! I wasted the past eight months of my life researching and investigating any and all information that pertained to the current Texas Supreme Court case pending in the most corporate loving court of judges you'd love to call your “friends”. I was appealing a conviction that the latest opinion self explains the jist of my battle since fall of 1999. When I discovered El Defenzor message board; that, I believed was a GODsend; at the time when I really needed a miracle. Well, I and Jaime were advocating the David’s while fighting the plethora of Goliaths, which ironically.... turns out to be the ones we helped as our Collateral Attack forced the goliaths to unite. I posted a message on the kenedyranch.net message board that basically stated that at the very least, if in fact Mr. Fernandez’s mother was a biological offspring of John G. Kenedy, Jr. she was entitled to back child support that legally would have been court ordered in this current legal climate. Not long after I received this e-mail:

Well you can imagine the joy at receiving this opportunity that little did I know would lead to my sitting here now and determined to tell how I “hustled a lot of people” in good faith! When I realized how every post I posted on the message board was considered “a hustle” to those I believed were “Davids”! “Hey I never said I was going to help yall with Christmas, yall hustle a lot of people” Marie stated in no uncertain terms. Full of righteous indignation, self satisfication and with reckless disregard at Christmas. “I left yawl forty dollars and some presents and I told you I was not going to be available” Well if this ho from hell would have not said she was “going to help us out with Christmas”; I would not have been lead to believe I was going to be secure for the job I just accomplished. I am quite sure that the AKA “Marie Fernandez” (who claims she wants “lineage”) name is not Marie I am sure that she has used several alias that change as quick as she ruins the name!?! I don’t think we should bother with trying to find out who she actually really is, since she should already know... and there are oh so more, than I thought. Talk about fraud! Initial meeting: she called Ray to have him join us he asked if we knew B well I was unaware F had a brother named B much less that they knew. Ray stated that another lady raised his mother (Ann Fernandez) in Kingsville other than her mother (Mary Rowland). When we met her at “On the Border” the president of “CULLEN / FROST BANK” Mike Carrell showed up after we were seated. Marie was already talking about the Banks and I asked her if she knew who he was when he appeared. I knew who he was! I am an avid reader of our local papers society pages which he and his are a regular. Marie did not believe me, when I informed her who he was. So I said “I will introduce you to him” cuz I knew it was him. I walked up to him after we came out of the bathroom “Mr Carrell, may I introduce Mrs. Marie Fernandez! The Perfect gentleman, immediately, he stood as did the two other gentlemen at the table. Greetings were exchanged as JJ Gotchow (of Whataburger Field) and another whose name I cannot recall! Mr Carrell asked my name and I told them we were just wanting to introduce ourselves since we intended to be a presence in their immediate future. I should have known when I got so sick after that she was no good! Well, I needed an endeavor that would take my mind off of my legal odyssey that had forced me to learn all I could about the law where it pertained to my case. At this time, I was unaware that this person was somebody who changes names as easily as we change socks. Insert e-mail:

Two wealthy widows worth between $500 million to $1 billion in a corrupt foundation ill fated from conception. The estates of these two widows has been the subject of several high powered attorney’s manipulations taking what is not theirs. This unending litigation has shown the light on the roaches hiding in the darkness of the Vatican. The beginning starts with a trappist monk who went by the name Brother Leo. Leo befriended Sarita Kenedy in a vulnerable moment after the deaths of her brother the late Power Rancher John G Kenedy Jr. and her husband Arthur East. Leo appeared one day while Sarita and elena were at the grave site of thier loved ones; how convenient. I always have wondered who set this up? Leo wisp Sarita up and away from her La Parra home; traveling throughout the world with the widow as her spiritual adviser.Sarita Kenedy East had a will dated 1948 that would become usurped during the last year of her life. Shortly after World War II, documents show, Leo was called to duty by his Trappist monastery in Spencer Massachusetts. He was directed to set aside his cobbler’s tools and dispatched “into the world” to raise funds for the order’s building program. Leo soon intersected paths with a New yorker J. Peter Grace, multimillionaire and president of W R Grace & Co., whose opulent contributions to Catholic causes have earned him a papal Knighthood and honorary degrees from numerous Catholic Universities. Grace pointed Leo to the Great State of Texas where “several wealthy Catholics might be induced to support the order’s expansion plans in the Southwest”. It seems Sarita was Leo’s only mark. Sarita was no match for the Monk who had just been released from his vows of silence along with other vows.Court Records demonstrate the chicanery involved in obtaining the “Pot Of Gold”. Brother Leo in harmony with Peter Grace and his entourage of accountant’s and attorneys advised Mrs. East with regard to her finances. In 1960, at the age of 70, Sarita made several significant technical decisions. These decisions were so intricate that she could have never executed them on her own. An account for the Trappists was opened and the artesian well where Brother Leo regularly drew funds (as much as $100000 at a time) was flowing. Grace’s recommended attorneys helped Sarita establish a charitable foundation. This was against the advise of her lifelong friend and Texas attorney Jake (the Snake) Floyd or “Vibora Seca” (Dry Snake) as George Parr referred to him. George Parr was called the Duke of Duval and was the adversary of Mr. Floyd. Parr is significant in the relationship he had with his mexican constituents, the connection to Lyndon B Johnson’s ascent to the White House, And also the GI Forum founded by Dr. Hector Garcia. This will be mentioned later on. In Sarita’s final will she left the bulk of her estate to including the majority of her half of the 400,000 acre La Parra Ranch to the new foundation. A series of six codicils would be added as a countdown to her death ensued. The codicils were the result of various interest vying for control of the Avarice. The first Codicil named the Bishop of Corpus Christi Diocese as the sole member of the foundation. The second included adding her attorney Jake Floyd and her cousin Stella Lytton as foundation members. The third codicil deleted the Bishop and installed Brother Leo, Peter Grace, and Father Patrick Peyton (“Director of the Family Rosary Crusade”. During the same year, while touring Latin America with Brother Leo, Sarita became sick. Leo flew her back to New York where she died of cancer on February 11, 1961. Only days later after Sarita died Leo materialized another document dated less than six weeks before her death. The document named Leo sole member of the foundation! Leo immediately added Peter Grace and two of his henchmen (employees) as members of the foundation. The Texas advisers were excluded. To say they were suspicious is an understatement. This move took over control of the estate. Most Reverend M. S. Garriga, then Bishop of the Corpus Christi Diocese along with others filed suit in Kenedy County Texas alleging Sarita’s last codicil was developed while she was under heavy sedation. Grace immediately called on his friends in the Vatican Hierarchy. In a sequence of letters to Francis Cardinal Spellman, Grace contended that the “church would suffer great scandal” from the ensuing litigation. “the trial will involve attempts to prove that Mrs. East and Brother Leo drank to excess” Grace warned, “ and that Brother Leo imposed his will upon Mrs. East throughout their acquaintanceship”. Furthermore, “the church stood to lose at least $50 million if the Texans won”. Grace then proceeded to fly to the Vatican on numerous occasions to gain the recognition of Vatican officials who preferred to ignore his letters. Finally the Vatican dispatched Archbishop Egidio Vagnozzi, then Apostolic Delegate to the U S, to influence a compromise between the vultures. The Texas Group and the New Yorkers could find no middle ground. Vagnozzi first suggested a resolution favoring Grace, Leo and Peyton was scoffed at by the Texans. The second proposal suggested giving control to the Texans. Grace and the New Yorkers would not hear of it. Frustrated and angered, Vagnozzi tried to leverage Grace with threats of excommunication but Grace would not back down. Again Grace demanded Vatican intervention. He claimed 80% of the foundations funds be retained by the New Yorkers. How in the hell can Texas money end up in New York City? That is like picante sauce made in New York City; like the commercial says “Made in New York City”? “Get a Rope!” Vatican Secretary of State suggested a 75% / 25% split. Pope John XXIII according to court records stated, “the pope can afford to be liberal” when he suggested a 70% / 30% split. No deal. The steady advocacy for KFAT is unwavering. There is not any amount of money that can buy the loyalty these attorneys display. I must interject; to settle this dispute is not in the interest of the attorneys representing either side. Unless the Fernandez representation has forced (weasled) a contingency fee against the wishes of the family. KFAT attorneys have expediently placed KFAT money in places that (they hope) will produce the desired outcome. These guys know all the right people and all the right moves. None the less I do not use the word defeat in reference to a cause I fight for. The truth will prevail regardless of sell outs and greed. If criminal attorneys would represent clients like KFAT attorneys represent KFAT there would be much less non violent offenders, poor, oppressed, and minorities in prison. Civil litigation should not be an under the table kickback arrangement between opposing attorneys. KFAT Attorneys will never consider flip flopping even though their clients are wrong. to be the Grandson of a Powerful South Texas Rancher I advocated for his cause. Consequently, I began to uncover a corruption comparable to Enron. I also exposed the Pedophile Priest who molested children right here in the RICHEST DIOCESE IN THE WORLD. Father Gerry Applebee and Gracida are 2 of the guilty. Patrick Flores is guilty as well. I have documentation of KFATSO's devout impropriety and the love of AVARICE. You know and I know the Church is guilty of all I accuse them of. You also know this foundation with the money and influence from John G Kenedy, the Clebergs and the Armstrongs control our government at the Highest Levels. So yes with El Defenzor and Ray & Marie Fernandez I am working to place the Kenedy Estate in the hands of it's rightful owners. You must remember how Brother Leo came into the Life of Sarita. Form the Dougherty's and Farentholds to the Armstrongs and Elena Suess to a grave of Johnny. But who did Leo recieve his orders from? Peter Grace and the CIA in Liason with Cardinal O'Connor and Cardinal Krol. I have the letters from Grace to the Vatican and back and forth. I have read the letters from Leo to Sarita and back and forth. Sarita bought a pistol set from Ambercrombie and Fitch for her and Leo. The Pinkertons and the Kenedy's go way back.

the AG's territory yet he stands with a corrupt foundation who buys his influence. Look at the spoils in the Laguna Madre and the Gracida incident. So all rich folk who pay for sex or otherwise must still pay child support if nothing else. But the relationship was more than that.
